I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and warm, plus the beds were super comfy, which I really appreciated in October. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed the good breakfast every morning. However, the location is a bit inconvenient as it's a bit far from Bologna and there aren't many shops around. But the value for money was pretty decent, all things considered.
